Inspirations provides a variety of new tweaks and items that immerse the player more in the game without detracting too much from a vanilla experience. It adds some new ways to hide levers and buttons in plain sight. You can disguise a torch as a lever and even hide a button within a brick block.

There’s also the opposite of hidden with the introduction of glass doors and glass trap doors. You can now complete an entirely glass house and make it aesthetically pleasing or simply add some flair to your normal builds. Maybe you want people to see what’s behind the glass.

This mod also adds some new paths to further improve your walkways.

And you can add ropes, vines, or chains to your means of upward momentum wherever you may need it.

Carpeting even wraps around stairs for a more pleasing look.

If you need to keep some items more secure you can now lock them up and only you will have the key. You’ll have to name the lock on an anvil first. Then apply it to anything you’d like to lock up. All you’ll need to do is create a key and name that the same as the chest. Just don’t let anyone know the name of your chest otherwise anyone else could create the same key.
