The Pocket Nether Link gives you the ability to bring the Nether to the Overworld without needing to visit and encounter all the mobs that come with it. It simply converts similar materials from the Overworld into their Nether counterparts.

Netherrack and Netherbricks are a breeze to craft by combining the link with cobblestone and stone bricks respectively.

Blaze Rods and Glowstone dust are now easily crafted so you can make blaze powder and glowstone blocks.

And Soul Sand and Nether Wart can be brought to your world with little effort.

You can even craft Wither Skulls now as well!

Quartz also spawns naturally in the Overworld and when combined with the Pocket Link you can get Nether Quartz too.
