Roguelike Dungeons offers a massive overhaul to dungeons in Minecraft. It has several varieties of architecture and structures and ruins that appear in various biomes throughout your world. Some may be in plain sight and others may be hidden deep in the jungle brush. Some may even be almost completely buried.
These dungeons are incredibly improved over vanilla dungeons in both size and experiences. They are filled with twists and turns and traps and enemies making exploration that much more thrilling and dangerous overall. Definitely don’t go in unprepared as you’ll come across many projectile security measures and more mob spawners than most ever come across.
Dungeons are also pretty unique from each other in the types of blocks that make them up and style of their corridors and outside structure. So you may have a nice standard brick-based dungeon to explore:
Or you could come across some unpredictable and terrifying Nether spawn filled with lava and monsters and no escape in sight.
Overall this is great new addition to the game and offers so much more to explore than the standard dungeons. You’ll have seemingly endless sites to find and they might just be right under your nose the whole time.
